For people with excess body fat and weight challenges it is recommended to avoid the high sugar fruits like bananas, grapes, mangoes, peaches and even all fruit juices.
Also drinking more warm water with lemon, green powder, pinch of sea salt is recommended.
Berries, lemons, limes, and other low sugar fruits are the best choices.
