When is the best time to create healthy habits and avoid health hazards? Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Avoiding action today is a form of procrastination and self-sabotage. Health hazards can wreck your happy holidays and contribute to feeling sad, sick, stressed, and struggling. Health hazards are extra abundant from Halloween to New Year’s. Most people begin New Year’s resolution after they have been exposed to multiple health hazards and are already behind the 8 ball and doing a crazy eight dance of deception. Avoiding many health hazards during the holidays is a great defense and offense strategy that helps you avoid being stressed with a weakened immune system so you have more energy and vitality to kick off the new year with gusto. Unfortunately, most people are so low energy, stressed, and weakened, that when they start the new year things they want to improve seem like an uphill struggle. Starting healthy habits now and avoiding health hazards can help you avoid chronic disease, harming your immune system, and wrecking your life.

Do you know what 12 healthy habits can transform your life? Healthy habits are like baby steps leading you down the yellow brick road to feeling happy, healthy, and hopeful. They are easy to do and easy not to do. Choose wisely:
- Adopt a healthy identity. Develop the habit of buying healthy products made with natural and safe ingredients.
- To the extent possible, adopt healthy habits when buying food and products for your body, family, and home. Consider natural body care products. Buy or DIY safe cleaners, detergents, and soaps.
- Adjust your mindset to avoid the many health hazards in fake, fast, fried, and Frankenstein foods. Avoid Confined Animal Feedlot Operations (CAFO), Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO), pesticide-treated foods, Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA), and all processed seed oils. Choose healthy organic whole foods for each meal.
- Adopt a code of conduct and commitment compass with high moral standards to avoid indulging in negative and self-sabotaging behaviors and beliefs. Become the captain of your spaceship for transformative trips around the sun each year. Life maps and vision boards help keep you focused on your identity and what is most important in your life. Focus on learning, loving, and leaving a legacy. Laugh, sing, and smile more often.
- Be careful and avoid herbicides, insecticides, and pesticides in your food and environment. Toxins are easy to ingest and difficult to cleanse and detox out of the body.
- Be diligent about guarding access to your body, mind, and spirit. Read articles, books, ingredient labels, and product warnings like your life depends on it because it does.
- Exercise regularly as if your life depends on it because it does. Sit less and stand more. Being active and walking more will boost your body, mind, and spirit.
- Invest in your education, health, and well-being. This is one of the best returns on investment (ROI) that will benefit you long term. Buy less and invest more are words with wisdom.
- Manifest a positive mental attitude with positive education, information, and motivation. Join a positive peer group with resources, resourcefulness, and role models.
- Minimize Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) and Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure.
- Reduce stress by practicing meditation, mindfulness, and yoga. Stress may be the number one contributing factor to diseases, disability, divorce, and death.
- Think outside the box and use your common sense, good judgment, gut instinct, and intelligence when making choices and decisions. Your decisions determine your destiny.

- Avoid being around negative people, places, and things. Attract positive people, places, and things. Your mindset determines what you manifest.

- Dental health issues can cause significant oral health and other health problems.
- Excess Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) and Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from many different sources can cause significant damage and disease.
- Health is a key component of your wealth. High blood pressure and high blood sugar are major health hazards and warning signs.
