GMOs may contain some of the most harmful and toxic compounds we ingest on a regular basis. Billions of pounds of GMO crops and chemicals are being produced and sold each year which may be contributing significantly to the major medical problems and excessive use of pharmaceutical drugs around the world. People are struggling with complications and diseases that may be directly linked to unhealthy foods. Consuming nutrient dense organic whole foods is a key part of being healthy. Many people are unaware of how easy it is to grow your own organic victory garden for food. Foods at the grocery store are often less fresh and healthy since they tend to be: added additives, preservatives, picked early, over processed, refined and treated with chemicals. When we grow our own nutrient dense organic whole foods they tend provide more of the antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, phyto-nutrients, trace elements and vitamins than commercial and conventional store bought foods.

Fruits that can be grown include: figs, grapefruit, lemons, limes, mulberry, muscadine grapes, oranges, peaches, plums, and pomegranates.
