We all know many people who set New Year’s goals and resolutions that seldom last beyond the end of January. Many people make New Year’s resolutions to be happy and healthy but then allow unhappy thoughts and unhealthy foods to sabotage and sidetrack them. People really want to eat better, exercise more, and reduce stress but their old emotional patterns and programs show up and shipwreck their plans for progress.
Good intentions and willpower are not enough to create lasting change for a happier and healthier new year and new you. To be happy, healthy, and in harmony all year long requires a brilliant blueprint, confidence compass, and a great GPS to guide your behaviors, beliefs, and habits. After reviewing the patterns and plans of many successful and unsuccessful people and some deep “thinking time” three simple coaching strategies for peak performance became crystal clear to help enhance our emotional stability for transforming our life and being unstoppable.
What we achieve in life is often based on early childhood programming. Even as an adult we have limiting beliefs based on the people that most influenced our early childhood. Most of our behaviors, beliefs, and programming are based on the programming of those around us. We then create our life and lifestyle around those early behaviors, beliefs, and habits.

Many people have decided that regular meditation is as important as eating, exercising, and sleeping. Many others have been unable to have this epiphany yet and therefore endure a lot of anxiety, chaos, and stress. Tapping is a form of energy psychology and very helpful for our emotional health and stability because it helps to restore our emotional flexibility and resilience. Vision Boards/ Life MAPs
Sustainable strategies for success require a blueprint, compass, and GPS to guide our choices, decisions, and habits. Over thirty years ago I was introduced to the concept of treasure maps and vision boards. They changed the daily emotions and direction of my life to help me reach the level of life and wealth mastery I enjoy today. Imagine what could happen in your life starting today if you created an auditory, visual, and a written plan that was emotionally rejuvenating, revitalizing, and rewarding and that allowed you to tap into your inner strength, vision, and wisdom.
After doing treasure maps and vision boards for several years I created my own new and improved Vision Board/ Life MAP’s, for turbocharged peak performance and personal development. All you have to do is create vision boards/ Life MAP’s that focus on all the key areas in your wheel of life and use all your cleverness and creativity to design your own emotionally charged Life MAP’s. Once you have one completed you can begin to focus on it several times a day especially before your meditation, EFT tapping, and yoga to plant seeds in your subconscious mind for what you desire and deserve in your life, and do whatever it takes to manifest it.
Remember baby steps can lead to big success when you program your emotional software with beliefs, behaviors, and habits that can lead to emotional stability and long-term sustainable success.
