People would like to eat better, exercise more, save more, spend less and reduce stress but the system seems designed to sabotage us. Many people falter soon after they begin even with good intentions because they lack a personal mastery action plan. Therefore it seemed like a great time to begin a new blog series to share lifestyle strategies for common problems with solutions based on a seven-step system to sustainable success that can be read in under two minutes. Each blog will focus on behaviors, beliefs, and habits that have proven to be helpful in dealing with persistent problems plaguing people.
After four decades of research and studying the patterns of many successful and unsuccessful people and regular “thinking time,” seven-step strategies for sustainable success become self-evident. My role as a coach is to research common problems and then condense the solution down to seven suggestions. For those committed to being happy, healthy, and in harmony, it will demand consistent behaviors, beliefs, and habits designed to resolve everyday problems. With a short summary of seven strategies for a happier and healthier you each week you can take control of your lifestyle and design the life you deserve. By applying the ideas from the blog each day you can set the stage for rapid results. Your dividends will be a direct result of the investment you make in taking action on the seven steps to sustainable success.
As a new year begins many people are frustrated and stressed by extra unwanted weight so today we will share how problems pounds can be released with seven suggestions that get results.
7 Suggestions to Release Problem Pounds
Here are 7 suggestions to release problem pounds with sustainable success. Imagine what your life will be life after implementing the ideas each day and watching problem pounds slowly melt off.
Clean food fuel is one of the first essential steps to give the body the raw materials it needs for energy, health and optimal weight. By avoiding the fast, fake and junk foods we avoid the excess calories, carbs, and crap that contributes to excess body fat. Consuming a wide variety of nutrient-dense organic whole foods is essential for obtaining the antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, phytonutrients, trace elements and vitamins essential for our ideal weight. Avoid highly heated, processed and refined oils and enjoy high-quality natural fats like coconut, nuts, olives, and hemp seeds is a key step. Consume beneficial high-quality organic rainbow of colors of fresh fruits, greens, roots, and vegetables to receive a broad spectrum of potent prebiotics, phytonutrients, probiotics, and proteins. Almost everyone needs more fiber and greens. Add some variety with herbs, mushrooms, nuts, seaweeds, seeds, sprouts and wild foods to satisfy our body craving important nutrients. Most people respond well to a majority of their diet being organic plant-based (no GMOs) and animal products are free of synthetic antibiotics and hormones and also free range, organic and pasteurized.

Drinking clean water all day long and 12 to 16 ounces thirty minutes before every meal can help melt excess fat and release problem pounds. When your urine is almost totally clear you are hydrated. Try this consistently for three months and judge for yourself.
Meditation, mindset, and mindfulness can play a major role in mental health which is key to helping us sustain our ideal body weight. Weight gain is often an early warning sign on our dashboard that we are out of balance and running low on clean food fuel. Emotions are the driving force for our behaviors, beliefs, and habits. Our emotional state provides the direction and energy that directs our behaviors, beliefs, and habits which determine our quality of life. Excess stress, poor self-esteem, and unhealthy relationships sabotage many people from maintaining their ideal weight. Meditation, mindset, and mindfulness can be very helpful because it helps to restore our emotional and mental health. Remember our beliefs, behaviors, and habitats are vital to our sustainable success… so choose wisely.
Oxygen is a vital fuel for our energy, health, and thinking. While breathing is a vital aspect of our health and metabolism many people are shallow breathers and can benefit from a regular focus on breath work which is a vital part of meditation, mindset, mindfulness. By learning and practicing deep diaphragm breathing daily you can better fuel your body for burning fat and releasing problem pounds. Yoga practice helps!
Time Restricted Eating (TRE) is a strategy where you limit your eating to a restricted window of hours and time of day. For example, some people might limit their eating window to 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This has been found to have many benefits. You avoid habitual eating and snacking, give your body a longer rest from eating and digestion, support better digestion and sleep and turn on your fat burning thermostat. While this does take some time to learn and master it is an amazing technique to take control of excess calories and eating. Most people are constantly burning sugar which is like high octane rocket fuel instead of being a fat burner which will provide slow and steady energy for a long time.
Sustaining our optimal weight involves a combination of behaviors, beliefs, and habits that provide a supportive environment for our lifestyle and well being. As we maintain rituals and routines that serve our greater good we can more easily stay on a conscious course for personal empowerment. Maintaining a high caliber peer group to role model and support us is a vital step since we become better with better peers. It is important to create a mastery action plan, mind map and vision board to help us prioritize and visualize our goals and outcomes.
